Created by DreamEyes Studio in France, this one-metre-square canvas was built layer by layer — first with bold strokes of actual lipstick pressed directly into the surface, then with a painstaking mosaic of hand-cut mirror fragments arranged to catch and scatter light from every angle. The result is a relief canvas that shifts with the viewer's position, alive and kinetic in a way that flat paint never could be. The technique demanded precision and patience: each mirror shard was individually shaped and set into the composition, transforming the portrait into something between painting and sculpture. Inspired by the extravagance of haute couture and the raw energy of pop art, the piece channels John Galliano's legendary flamboyance — his refusal to separate fashion from performance, beauty from provocation.
